Dear Stan community,
I’m pleased to report the results of this year’s elections and introduce the new Stan Governing Body:
- Steve Bronder (1 year term)
- Vianey Leos Barajas (1 year term, re-elected)
- Mitzi Morris (1 year term, re-elected)
- Charles Margossian (1 year term, re-elected)
- Simon Maskell (Elected for 2 year term, continuing)
We had several individuals run this year, and we thank all those who offered to volunteer their time and energy to support the Stan Community. All statements can be read here. All candidates who ran received plenty of votes.
Next year, all five seats will be up for grab and so we encourage candidates who ran this year (and didn’t get elected) to consider running again, and more broadly we invite members of the community to consider nominating themselves or their colleagues, whom they believe would be good fits for the position.
