Hi Stan users!
For those of you who use internet relay chat (IRC), Freenode in particular, a small group has started a new channel ##bayes (2 hashes!).
The topic is loosely Bayesian stats and the associated software tools, including Stan, of course. The expertise level varies from beginners (of Bayes, or stats in general) on up. Importantly, it’s a group that enjoys chatting about Bayes, modeling, probability, etc., in real time. Naturally, tangential conversation is OK, too, and par for the course.
