This is update from the Stan Governing Body (@avehtari, @Jesse, @Teddy_Groves1)
SGB has clarified some governance documents and made them easier to find:
- Stan project continues using NumFocus Code of Conduct. This is mentioned in Stan web page.
- Instructions for Voting on technical issues have been added to Stan developer Wiki and couple sentences were clarified. Otherwise the instructions are the same as previously published in Stan Discourse.
- Instructions for Stan Governing Body elections have been added to Stan developer Wiki and following clarification was added: “The electorate list is the members of ‘‘Stan Development Team’’ group in Stan discourse.” Otherwise the instructions are the same as previously published in Stan Discourse. If you are not a member of ‘‘Stan Development Team’’ group in Stan discourse, but feel that you should be eligible to vote, please reach out.
