Hi! I have a model and I want to do a sensitivity analysis. I have seen in articles that it is possible to do it using shinystan but I am not able to figure out how to add two models into the shiny stan app. Any help would be appreciated !
Welcome to the Stan forums. Unfortunately there isn’t anything in shinystan that is particularly aimed at helping with sensitivity analysis. It just lets you visualize posterior distributions and diagnostics. And yeah currently only one model at a time. Out of curiosity, do you recall where you saw that shinystan was good for sensitivity analysis?
