Sensitivity analysis

Is there a way to perform sensitivity analysis in Stan? I could not find this information in the forum.

I meant global sensitivity analysis.
I have an ode model with 9 parameters. Before estimating the parameters, I would like to know if (some) these parameters are correlated so that I could fix some. After a search of the literature, I found out that sensitivity analysis (either local or global) may determine influential and interacting parameters.
so was wondering if Stan has a method to do this.
