After several months in beta, RStudio 1.2 has been released

The 1.2 version has much better support for writing Stan programs and fixes a long-standing problem with Markov Chains continuing to run in the background even after the main process had been manually interrupted. If you were waiting to upgrade from 1.1.x until an official 1.2 was released, you no longer have that excuse.
