This is my problem. If you can assist, I would be immensely appreciative. All of my attempts to correct have failed, and I’m not sure how else to re-parameterize my model to capture the true values.

Help improving a fisheries state space model with biased estimation

Hi everyone, I’m a huge fan of Stan and have used it to fit relatively simple statistical models, but I’m still relatively new to the world of state-space modeling. I’ve been trying to build a three-stage fisheries state-space model, and ran into some issues with biased estimation.
