Suppress C++ warning output for final user

Hello,

I was wondering if the message

    starting worker pid=14842 on localhost:11534 at 14:06:52.829
hash mismatch so recompiling; make sure Stan code ends with a blank line

Could be suppressed because not useful (or even worrying) for the final user?

Thanks

You could start by upgrading to 2.16.x to get rid of the first line. You could make sure your Stan code ends with a blank line to get rid of the second line. You could add -DNBOOST_NO_CXX11_RVALUE_REFERENCES to ~/.R/Makevars to get rid of the third line.

But mostly you should just not be compiling a Stan model at runtime unless you yourself are the final user.

Got it thanks.

I will try to build R package with compiled model.
