`stan-vim`: A Vim plugin for Stan

I made a Vim plugin for Stan!

I wasn’t happy with the syntax highlighting provided by existing Vim plugins (they also looked out of date and thinly maintained…), so I just went ahead, learnt a truckload of Vimscript, and made my own.

@eigenfoo Thanks for doing/sharing this! Do you want us to link to this from the Stan Language Syntax Aware Editors section on the Stan website? Right now that’s at the bottom of the Interfaces page (but it should probably get its own page when we redo the website).

@jonah That would be really helpful! I could submit a PR for that too. Am I right in thinking that it’s just a one-line change in this stan-dev.github.io file? If so, (and there’s a green light from the Stan devs) I’ll get around to it sometime tomorrow.
