I won’t be able to attend, but my major update is that (after we rebuild the docs) we will have "Available since " information for all functions in the functions reference back to 2.0
Besides that, just some bug hunting/fixing in stanc3 for me this week
updates from today’s meeting:
rstan continues to be used by more and more R packages - it’s not just fbprophet, brms, and rstanarm anymore.
the C++ devs, notably @rok_cesnovar, @stevebronder, and @wds15 are working on a patch release of 2.28, if all goes well, will be out early next week
next week is Prob Prog 2021 https://probprog.cc/, completely online and affordable registration
next week is also Stan connect Biomedical
I love this! It was very useful, when checking whether SVD is supported, to see “Available since 2.26”!
