no, there isn’t.
however, there’s a wealth of online materials that you could use for self-study, which might lead to interesting projects that would be far more valuable than a badge.
there are numerous online editions of “Statistical Rethinking” for all the Stan interfaces.

Like Mitzi said there’s no official certification from the Stan project itself, but I think there are some companies that offer Stan trainings that may provide their own certifications (or at least certificates of competing the course or something like that):
