Hello!

I hope everyone is well in these uncertain times.

I’ve put together an implementation of Peter Hoff’s AMEN (additive and multiplicative effects networks) models in R/Rstan, along with a brief writeup. I appreciate any feedback anyone might have, and I hope this is helpful!
