Cannot compile pystan (macOS M2)

How to solve the error “command ‘x86_64-apple-darwin13.4.0-clang’ failed: No such file or directory”.
I use
・Mac book air with M2.
・Anaconda
・python 3.9.16

I could import pystan but I cannot compile.
