I am trying to install rstan with:
install.packages(“rstan”, repos = c(“Repository for distributing (some) stan-dev R packages | r-packages”, getOption(“repos”)))
as suggested in RStan Getting Started, because the first installing approach failed with errors when trying the example model.
However, AVG stops the installation and puts in quarantine the file ‘underscore.js’, saying that it is infected with script:SNH-gen[drp].
Is it a false positive? I don’t know how to proceed.
Session information:
R version 4.3.0 (2023-04-21 ucrt)
Platform: x86_64-w64-mingw32/x64 (64-bit)
Running under: Windows 10 x64 (build 19045)
I also have installed Rtools 4.3
