@bgoodri - can you clarify whether posterior_predict for a stan_jm model generates predictions for the longitudinal submodel (only) or whether it generates posterior estimates of the expected failure times? I’m trying to figure out how to generate individual expectations of failure time and can’t determine whether posterior_predict does that for me. If not, I can start a new thread.
