Stable Isotope Mixture Models

Broad question for the group:

Does anyone know of any examples or code snippets of Bayesian Stable Isotope Mixture Models. I am familiar with the ‘simmr’ package that uses jags as a backend. I can transfer the code over from one to the next but figured I’d ask if there were any packages out there. I can write my own sampler or would appreciate any brms advice.

Heikkinen et al. 2022 Methods Ecol Evol used Stan for their two-trophic level extension to the MixSIAR package. The model code looks pretty complex to me, but might be possible to winnow down to meet your needs.
