I am windows R user and recently started to learn Stan. I know rstan has been a popular tool in applying Stan in R for some time but recently cmdstanr has been developed and becomes increasingly popular. Since I am beginner and the syntax and output of rstan and cmdstanr are quite different, I am wondering which package I should learn to use first? Any advice?
CmdStanR is easier to install and get going in my opinion.
