Rstan on Windows 10 "DLL MD5 mismatch, broken installation" for RcppParallel

Short summary of the problem

Not sure if this is a problem. After a clean install of R 4.03 on Windows 10 x64 system, I loaded rstan and ran devtools::session_info() .

RcppParallel is flagged with a “D – DLL MD5 mismatch, broken installation”.

D – DLL MD5 mismatch, broken installation.

I would install RcppParallel again.

I re-installed RcppParallel (after restarting R) from the console and reinstalled. I still get a “D – DLL MD5 mismatch, broken installation.” notation when I run devtools::session_info()

Maybe

install.packages("RcppParallel", type = "source")

?

After installing RcppParallel from source, I no longer get “D – DLL MD5 mismatch, broken installation.” notice when I run devtools::session_info().

No idea what implications the ‘broken installation’ has, but this issue happens on both of my Windows 10 installations of R after installing rstan in the usual fashion.

Thanks.
