Ledger Investing is a startup creating a marketplace for insurance capital. The data science team is critical for this: we use a modeling strategy centered around Stan-based Bayesian hierarchical models to assess the risk and return characteristics of the insurance-linked securities that the company creates. We are growing quickly and currently have multiple openings on the data science team.
We’re a fully distributed company (and will continue to be post-COVID) and offer flexible schedules from wherever you’re living. All of our employees are currently US-based, but we’re open to hiring internationally as well.
