Median survival probabilities from stan_surv fit

I’m probably only slightly more familiar with stan_surv than Martin is so I’m not entirely sure either, but I think @sambrilleman or @ermeel would know.

Is Stan_surv function available in some form? We definitely want to give it a try but installation steps seem not working
