I’m new here. I’m trying to develop a multistate model using Rstan.
However, because my sample size was quite large (over 10million transitions), I need to use HPC. Problem occurs that the HPC is not compatible with reduce_sum, and actually I’m trying to use Rcpp to simulate the NUTS process done in stan.
Is there any person who constructed multistate model with huge data set either with Rstan or Rcpp? I really appreciate anyone who can share your experience.
