PyStan 3.8 is available on PyPI. This release features the newest version of Stan, version 2.33.0.

Additional notes:
Help wanted. PyStan could use the assistance of someone fluent in CMake. A critical Makefile needs to be rewritten to use CMake in order to allow PyStan to be installed automatically on Apple Silicon and other platforms.
