PyStan 2.18.0.0 is now available on PyPI. You may upgrade with

 python3 -m pip install --upgrade pystan

Python 3.7 wheels are now available on PyPI.

Thanks to Jeremiah Lewis (@jlewis91) for identifying and solving the bug that prevented these wheels from being built.
