hey, I’m looking to get my hands dirty and keep my chops together.
I like to do quantitative stuff. There was some talk about parallelization. I left off with VI diagnostics, but not sure if this is relevant anymore.
Any projects people want me to prototype or build? I wanted to touch the Stan library. I can handle more nuanced computer stuff now. I’ve done some parallelization with SAS in C.
What’s a priority for research? I haven’t been following the Stan group’s research anymore.
I want something algorithmic, mathematically, or HPC like.
Open to suggestions.
