In our earlier email we encourage everyone install Stan/Torsten. Experience says that it’s never easy since Torsten’s rstan interface requires compilation, and for Windows & Mojave users this could be problematic. In case of issues, you may want to search previous discussions for particular error msg, as it’s likely someone has been bitten and sorted out. We put the thread here so we can work on top of the collective knowledge of Stan community.

You’ll need MS Windows as MPI-3 features are utilized.
