Ordered_logistic_glm_lpmf() availability and documentation?

The Stan User Guide lists ordered_logistic_glm_lpmf()as an available function to run on a GPU,

But I cannot find documentation of the function in the Functions Reference. The Functions reference guide throws an error for its page:

Is this function or an equivalent still available? And is the list of available functions for openCL up-to-date?
