The new posterior CRAN release 1.6.0 includes several usability enchantments and also a new vignette illustrating use of new Pareto-k diagnostic functions for assessing reliability of any empirical mean estimate (and corresponding Monte Carlo standard error estimate) in case of thick tailed distributions.
