I noticed that in CmdStan, there is a command-line utility called diagnose that seems to have functionality similar to the scripts in mentioned in http://mc-stan.org/users/documentation/case-studies/rstan_workflow.html and http://mc-stan.org/users/documentation/case-studies/pystan_workflow.html. However, the utility isn’t documented in the CmdStan guide. Is it deprecated, or is it just not documented yet? Seems like a useful utility to me.
Not documented. Consider it a bonus feature.
