How would one go about including measurement errors on response variables in a lognormal hurdle model with brms?

Hi,

I’m currently trying to model data using the brm() function and a lognormal hurdle model. I would like to include measurement errors on my response variables but I can’t seem to find a way of doing this. I have read this documentation: 15 Missing Data and Other Opportunities | Statistical rethinking with brms, ggplot2, and the tidyverse: Second edition

They provide a solution to this problem for linear models, but it is not applicable for hurdle models as it requires the use of the mi() function, which is not possible for hurdle models.

Does anyone have an idea how this could be done?

Thank you very much.
