My data consist of signal from diff log concentrarion = -7…-2 -2 the highest,
shall I reorder to remove the negative symbol?
and some values are negative but the distribution is fairly a log one, what other family can I use?
I have two groups, one more sensitive aka respond to lowest concentrations while the other group only to the highest. Can I have two monotonic curves?
