Hello,
I have run a multivariate mixed model with brm.
I would like to display a summary of the variance components instead of the standard deviation in the output.
Also I would like to know if there is a way to extract the relative variance, with confidence intervals from the brm.
form1_DR<-bf(mean.poidsp~scale.mf.mean.poids+scale.mf.mean.tarsed+m.age.JA+f.age.JA+(1|ID1|mbag)+(1|ID2|fbag)+(1|ID3|nest)+(1|ID4|an))+ gaussian()
form2_DR<-bf(pulecl~scale.mf.mean.poids+scale.mf.mean.tarsed+m.age.JA+f.age.JA+(1|ID1|mbag)+(1|ID2|fbag)+(1|ID3|nest)+(1|ID4|an))+gaussian()
fit1_DR <-brm(form1_DR+form2_DR,data=DR.demo.chick.morph, chains = 2, cores =2, iter=100000, warmup = 200, thin = 200, control = list(adapt_delta = 0.9))
summary(fit1_DR)
}
Thanks
