I started getting the following error when I sample a polynomial model using cmdStan. Stan file is compiled without an error. No chain is successfully finished.
Symbol not found: __ZN3tbb4task13note_affinityEt
Some models are running perfectly by the way.
I am using MacOS Ventura 13.2.1
Any ideas?
This seems like CmdStan (specifically the tbb library) was either moved or deleted since this model was compiled. Have you tried re-compiling the model?
It may also be helpful if you could share your compiler and cmdstan versions
I reinstalled cmstanr and it solved. Must have been an issue with installation. Thanks!
