I am a Moroccan doctoral student, working on the adaptation of nonlinear models to sheep growth and I also deal with the heritability of parameters as well as the genetic and phenotypic correlation between these parameters and finally the classification of animals according to their EBVs .
I started with MCMCglmm but unfortunately I have a lot of data and couldn’t do the parallel work with this package. I was advised BRMS which works very well. However I encountered the problem of genetic correlation which is missing in the results! That’s why I seek advice from you!
