Thanks for replying quickly and all your work. It is pretty disappointing to hear. I echo what @Bob_Carpenter mentioned here (and elsewhere I think but I cannot quickly find it) that we need to be thoughtful about establishing how we run StanCon and share knowledge and standards over time. Otherwise, folks like me will be far more cautious about encouraging folks to go.
