Have you tried running the same model via CmdStanR/CmdStanPy/CmdStan? This thread has a similar story with Rstudio and rstan, but it’s very old and doesn’t seem to have any resolution.
I assume that the function Modelpdf is pretty complicated. Is it a continuous function of the parameters? Are the values of logb or lognu ever involved in control flow?
