Downgrading BH to 1.72.0-3 solves the rstan (2.26) issue. Enormously helpful, thanks.
Probably worth making sure those PRs get merged before a binary gets out / goes to CRAN? At the moment, install.packages('rstan') into an R session with an empty library will install BH 1.75-0.
