You might try Google cloud and use a preemptable instance which is very cheap relatively speaking (last I looked).
For example plugging in a few things to their calculation, a preemptable instance with 8 cpus and 52 GB RAM for 17 hours in a month is $1.75 a month. the trick with preemptable is that at any moment they might shut down your instance, but if you can start it up later… this isn’t that big a deal.
