At the end there were no old paths in my path variable, so I guess the problem is another. Anyways, I gave up trying to setup this in Windows. Thank you!
According to what you posted above, your path should include:
C:\\Users\\Y7514957C\\Miniconda3\\Rtools\\bin;
C:\\Users\\Y7514957C\\Miniconda3\\Rtools\\mingw_64\\bin;
Are you able to post a screenshot of the environment variable window showing all the entries in the PATH variable?
yes, I know, but nothing has miniconda on my pathâŚ
Hmm that is odd. How are you launching R? From RStudio?
I have been using R studio and cmd, it doesnât work. Nevermind, back to my Mac.

Oh before I forget, did you try uninstalling the old Rtools?
