Upload C code on discourse

Apparently, .c is not an allowed extension (but .cpp is) when uploading files on discourse. Is there any reason for this?

yea, but I don’t think a C file is less secured than a C++ file. Anyways, it’s of minor importance, but I’ll bring it up as the Stan meeting.

There’s a manual list of file extensions. I just added .c!
