# Stan for Pharmacometrics in Paris - One afternoon on 4 July 2025

Dear all,

The pharmacometrics group led by France Mentré and Jérémie Guedj (UMR1137 INSERM, Université Paris Cité) is delighted to host the fourth Stan for Pharmacometrics event on **the afternoon of July 4, 2025, in Paris** with presentations from a panel of esteemed speakers:

- **Elizaveta Semenova** **(Imperial College London)**
- **Sebastian Weber** **(Novartis)**
- **Mitzi Morris** **(Columbia University)**

who will showcase cutting-edge Bayesian inference methods and their applications to key challenges in the modeling of pharmacological data.

**In the morning, Sebastian Weber (Novartis) will give an in-depth session on applied modelling in drug development with brms**—a valuable opportunity for those interested in applied Bayesian modeling techniques.

Hi everyone,

A quick reminder that **registration is still open** for the **4th Stan for Pharmacometrics event** on **July 4, 2025** , in Paris.

📚 In the **morning** , **Sebastian Weber (Novartis)** will give a hands-on short course on _applied modelling in drug development with brms_.

🎙️ In the **afternoon** , we’ll hear from:
