Hi I am facing a similar issue while installing rstan. I have tried all the links shared by you earlier but all are showing 404 not found.
When I am running - install.packages(“rstan”, repos = “https://cran.rstudio.com”)
I am getting below error:
Error in .shlib_internal(args) :
C++14 standard requested but CXX14 is not defined
- removing ‘/opt/R/3.6.3/rstan’
Warning in install.packages :
installation of package ‘rstan’ had non-zero exit status
