Don’t worry about the

> In system(paste(CXX, ARGS), ignore.stdout = TRUE, ignore.stderr = TRUE) :  
> ‘C:/rtools40/usr/mingw\_/bin/g++’ not found

Some of the other things should be fixed by the imminent StanHeaders. Others may need to be fixed in the inline package.
