Hello!

I am having issues running the example model (or compile any model) after a new install of rstan and associated dependencies. I have run through the github tutorial several times, receive the desired output, and am able to install jsonlite from source.

However, when I run the `example()` code, I constantly receive the follow error:

Compilation ERROR, function(s)/method(s) not created!
Error in compileCode(f, code, language = language, verbose = verbose) :

Found the workaround after diving through various posts on here and github. I direct anyone having similar issues to this link: [R4.2 , Rstan & Windows · Issue #1006 · stan-dev/rstan · GitHub](https://github.com/stan-dev/rstan/issues/1006).

The problem is that in the most recent CRAN version of rstan, it appears that `make` ignores the environment flags on Windows that coincides with R 4.2. The workaround is to install the Stan-hosted version of the packages (2.26.11) and not the CRAN version (2.21.1).
