The Alzheimer’s Disease Therapeutic Research Institute (https://keck.usc.edu/atri/) in San Diego, CA is seeking postdoctoral scholars interested in modeling the long-term biomarker dynamics of Alzheimer’s disease with the aim of informing clinical trial design. The project involves latent trait models for multidimensional longitudinal data, and preliminary work has been implemented in Rstan (see Li, et al 2017).

ATRI is an institute of the University of Southern California based in San Diego that coordinates clinical trials and natural history studies such as the Anti-Amyloid Treatment in Asymptomatic Alzheimer’s (A4) and Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) studies.
