Not sure if this thread was forgotten about but I think I am running into the same problem with my multi-level ordinal model, which I discussed in [this thread](https://discourse.mc-stan.org/t/convergence-problems-low-e-bfmi-high-rhat-and-divergent-transitions-for-ordinal-regression-using-a-pr2d2m2ord-prior/40820/2). I’d be really curious to hear what @Bob_Carpenter thoughts are on this.
