# Map\_rect tutorial performance comparison - small vs. big machine

You would need to reinstall rstan to get that bumped to the version according to what you have in StanHeaders. It should show 2.18.1 then.

So I just removed rstan and reinstalled it but no difference :(

you have to install from source. Then it works (for me).
