I couldn’t find a way to check which variables are correlated with energy in shinystan. Have I overlooked something?
I think it would be good to have that feature, as the page that explains stans warnings recommends checking correlations with energy.
Oh, I think that means check the correlation with lp__ (the log density, which is like the negative of the potential energy or something)
