Brms no longer works

Hopefully it works, but the last time I tried it a few months ago it failed when linking (ld.exe threw an error).

Hmm I gues not every call gets quotation-ed, that would get in the way

@andrjohns I’m not asking you to do any more, but just letting you know that I tried putting Rtools in c:\Program Files and the rstan example worked as adminstrator but not as non-administrator. Putting packages in my user directory was also unsuccessful, and in fact I couldn’t even load the rstan package.

I’ll have to talk with the IT administrators about this.
