Andrew Gelman's Golf Putting Case Study

I was just going over the classic golf putting case study here:

One thing that is stumping me is how the geometry-based model is plotted.

No code was provided, but it seems the posterior draws need to be extracted and a mean taken?

Code someone provide the code?
