Stan in Most Popular Data Science/Analytics Tools (according to Kaggle survey)

This is couple weeks ago, but noticed it now when NumFocus tweeted about Jupyter Notebooks being in the list of Most Popular Data Science/Analytics Tools, Technologies and Languages in 2017. Had a quick look trough the list and Stan is there, too! The list is from survey made by Kaggle. From about 10k people, 2% answered that they used Stan in 2017, and about 1% answered that they are excited to learn Stan in 2018.

Thank for the pointer. That’s amazing we show up at all and with but a small fraction of Watson’s budget! I still can’t get over that more people use Stan thank worked in my entire previous field of natural language processing.
